What is the purpose of this application?
The application is to provide Non-Related Legal Guardian a web portal for submitting and tracking request for funding.
How do I register for an account?
New users may register for an account by clicking on the “New User Registration” link at the bottom of the Login page and completing the online registration form. Please note the system is designed ONLY to be used by Non Related Legal Guardians with temporary or permanent guardianship of a child.
I forgot my email address. How can I retrieve it?
To retrieve a forgotten email address, you may click on the “Forgot Email Address?” link on the Login page and start the email recovery process. Enter your full name and phone number. If the information you entered matches the system your email address will be displayed in the Email Address field on the Login page.
If you would like to change the email address you registered as please login and proceed to the “Edit Profile” page under the “Account” Menu.
How do I edit my profile?
You may edit your profile by clicking on the “Edit Profile” tab on the top menu. Please note this option is only available to non-DCFS users.
My account is inactive. What does that mean?
An inactive account is an account that hasn’t been used for 12 months or more.
What happens if my account is inactive?
After 12 months of inactivity you will receive an email notification with information on how to re-activate your account. If you do not use your account for 2 years, the system will deactivate your account and you will be required to complete the user registration again in order to use the system.
How do I unlock my account?
Your account will be locked out after five failed login attempts. At this point you will be required to wait at least 60 minutes before your account will automatically be unlocked. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Login page.
How do I track my request for funding?
To track your request for funding, log into the system and your request should be listed on the table with corresponding status. If you have any questions, please contact the Transfer Desk phone number.
